Ourstucco® Professional Plastic Paint is a two-component waterborne polyurethane resin designed to change the color of resins, epoxies, JRC plastics, and more. Professional Plastic Paint is stain and abrasion resistant. It is not suitable for use on plastics containing release agents. Transform any room by renovating the color of an outdated resin - just clean, apply the desired primer + topcoat system, and your plastic will look like new. Suitable for any bare, stained, sealed, or previously painted resin surface such as plastic windows and doors, resin furniture, epoxy flooring. Great for laundry rooms, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, parking lots, hospitals, schools, and more. White Primer Kit can be used to paint a resin or floor super white or tone it down to a variety of lighter colors. Dark Primer can be tone down to a variety of darker colors and must be tone down before use. Each kit covers 230 sq. ft.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Rinse or sweep away all dirt and dust. Clean the entire surface with a cleaner and degreaser or stain remover. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely. For any areas with caulk, the caulk needs to be removed before applying the coating. For resins, plastics, doors, windows and furniture with release agents, etc., sand them with sandpaper before applying the coating.

PREVIOUSLY COATED PLASTIC

Make sure the substrate is clean and dry. Use a wire brush to remove any loose or flaking paint or stains. If the substrate is sealed, the sealer must be removed by grinding or shot blasting. To ensure proper adhesion, sand the entire surface.

MIXING

Premix both components (Parts A and B) thoroughly to ensure any settled pigment is re-dispersed before adding the activator (Part B) to the base (Part A). It is critical to add all of Part B to Part A and mix for 3 minutes. Do not mix the color chips in with the coating. Allow the coating to stand 15 minutes before using. Mix again just prior to application. The activated coating must be used within 3 hours after mixing.

APPLICATION

Apply only when air, material, and surface temperatures are between 60-85°F (15-29°C) and surface temperature is at least 5°F (3°C) above dew point. Relative humidity should not be greater than 85%. After allowing an induction period, use a brush or edger to cut around floor perimeters along walls or other areas that rollers cannot reach before beginning application with roller. Apply an even coat of Ourstucco® Professional Plastic Paint using a synthetic 1⁄2-inch nap roller sleeve on a 9-inch roller stand. Less than 2 wet mils is recommended for the first coat. Allow to dry 12 hours before applying a second coat. 2-3 wet mils is recommended for the second coat. Allow to dry 7 days before normal use. NOTE: New paint may be applied over areas of loose material outside previously painted areas. Keep edges wet to prevent lap marks and gloss differences. If the underlying plastic is a lighter color, only one coat is required. Any active material must be used within 3 hours of initial mixing.

CLEAN UP AND STORAGE

Use warm water and a mild detergent. Dried products can be removed by soaking in warm water. Protect unused products from freezing. Fully cured products can be cleaned with mild soap and water after 7 days. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

PACKAGING:Floor Coating comes as a kit. Part A Base 3.78liter , Part B Activator 0.6liter.
