    SURFACE PREPARATION

Rinse or sweep away all dirt and dust. Clean the entire surface with a cleaner and degreaser or stain remover. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely. For any areas with caulk, the caulk needs to be removed before applying the coating. For rusted metal sheets, metal frames, metal stairs and furniture, etc., rust removal is required before applying the coating.

    PREVIOUSLY COATED METAL MATERIALS

Make sure the substrate is clean and dry. Use a wire brush to remove any loose or flaking paint or stains. If the substrate is sealed, the sealer must be removed by grinding or shot blasting. To ensure proper bonding, sand the entire surface.

    MIXING

Premix both components (Parts A and B) thoroughly to ensure any settled pigment is re-dispersed before adding the activator (Part B) to the base (Part A). It is critical to add all of Part B to Part A and mix for 3 minutes. Do not mix the color chips in with the coating. Allow the coating to stand 15 minutes before using. Mix again just prior to application. The activated coating must be used within 3 hours after mixing.

    APPLICATION

Apply only when air, material and surface temperatures are between 60-85°F (15-29°C) and surface temperature is at least 5°F (3°C) above dew point. Relative humidity should not be greater than 85%. After allowing an induction period, use a brush or edger to cut around the perimeter of the floor along walls or other areas that the roller cannot reach before beginning application with a roller. Apply an even coat of Ourstucco® Professional Metal Paint using a synthetic 1⁄2" nap roller sleeve on a 9" roller stand. Less than 2 wet mils is recommended. Allow to dry 12 hours before applying a second coat. 2-3 wet mils is recommended for the second coat. Allow to dry 7 days before normal use. NOTE: New paint may be applied over loose material areas outside of previously painted areas. Keep edges wet to prevent lap marks and gloss differences. Only one coat is required if the underlying substrate is lighter in color. Any active material must be applied within 3 hours of initial mixing.

Ourstucco® Professional Ultra Primer is a silicone and waterborne polyurethane composite coating that bonds to a wide variety of substrates. Ourstucco® Professional Ultra Primer is very strong and water resistant. It is not intended for use over old coatings that are incomplete or substrates with moisture issues. All types of substrates: including tile, glass, steel, wood, plastic, rubber and more - simply clean, apply the desired Ultra Primer system to give your topcoat a brand new adhesion. Suitable for any bare, stained, sealed or previously painted surface to extend the life of subsequent coatings. Not recommended for priming cement and aluminum substrates, use Silicate Penetrating Primer for cement floors and Aluminum Primer for bare aluminum substrates. Plastics with release agents should be sanded prior to application. Each bucket of Ultra Primer will cover 450 sq. ft.

    SURFACE PREPARATION

Rinse or sweep away all dirt and dust. Clean the entire surface with a cleaner and degreaser or stain remover. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely. For any areas with caulk, the caulk will need to be removed before applying the coating. For waxed floors, tile, stone, furniture, etc., the wax will need to be removed before applying the coating.

    PREVIOUSLY COATED COATINGS

Make sure the substrate is clean and dry. Use a wire brush to remove any loose or flaking paint or stains. If the substrate has been sealed, the sealer must be removed by grinding or shot blasting. To ensure proper bonding, lightly sand the entire surface.

The activated coating must be used within 3 hours after mixing, the activator (Part B) is not a required option.

Apply an even coat of Ourstucco® Professional Ultra Primer using a synthetic 1⁄2-inch nap roller cover on a 9-inch roller stand. Less than 2 wet mils is recommended. Allow to dry 24-hours before applying other topcoats. If topcoat smoothness is not required, it is recommended that Professional Ultra Primer be applied as rough as possible. When the substrate is too rough, a second coat of primer may be applied at a thickness of 2-3 wet mils and allowed to dry 24 hours before other topcoats. Any reactive material must be applied within 3 hours of initial mixing.
